Stupid People

Yet again i have managed to stumble across more stupid people on my travels and todays stupid person was found in blockbuster tonight. The woman in question was one of those people who just by looking at them you could tell that they never take no for an answer. It all started at the counter while i was waiting for the payment to go through on my purchase ( The Haunting In Connecticut ). She was stood behind me quite clearly in a hurry, constantly mumbling ” Hurry Up” and “Move It”. Then it all started to get interesting. She moved to my side with her films, popcorn and embarrassed child, looked at the second guy sorting out the returns and shouted “Are you gonna serve me”. He moved to the till and began serving this impatient lady.
During the sale she noticed that there was a special offer on the films where you rent two and get a kids film free. So, not wanting to waste time she grabbed Honey i shrunk the kids and ran back to the till. The icing on the cake though is when i came to the sales guy stating that the films were due back on thursday( 2 days rental as stated ). She looked at the guy and shrieked “No its four days!!!” not realising that that was the special on four films. The guys serving her stated this, she was proper angry. So angry in fact that she refused to believe this to the point where she made her son go and get a card from the shelf only to realise it was four films for four nights.
Fueled by this she shouted at the guy that there had been a misprint on the card and that she demanded four nights rental this was quickly respond to with a laugh from the blockbuster staff.
Needles to say she walked out with three films for two nights, a bag of popcorn and an embarrassed son.
The moral of this story is:
If you know your wrong don’t argue it you will only end up looking stupid.
